Welcome! I’m Erin and I run Loving Them Wholly. I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My passion is guiding people to build healthy habits towards long-term, sustainable health.

It is my job to come along side and encourage people to achieve their goals in the area of food and nutrition, as well as physical and emotional goals.

I understand what it is to be a real human with cravings and desires. I believe that each person is unique and there is no “one sized fits all” in the approach for a healthy lifestyle.

I have had to learn what it is to carve out a healthy lifestyle and how to navigate learning healthy eating habits. I began my journey when I was 14 years old and 85kgs.

I am a business woman, a coach, an employee, a wife, a mum, a student, the list continues…
